How to choose a polyurethane cleanroom chair
Perch Chairs and Stools' polyurethane cleanroom chairs have a rugged, self-skinning polyurethane seat that is chemical- and puncture-resistant, soil resistant and easily cleaned, on a polished cast-aluminum base, with seat heights from 16.5 to 35 in. (Polyurethane ESD Chair: 20.25–34.75 in.) and a 300 lb capacity. The Polyurethane ESD Chair adds ESD casters or ESD glides. Perch has sold commercial-grade seating since 2003. Need a written quote? Pick a height class
Heights run from the floor to the top of the seat. Ranges vary by chair.
- Desk Height, 16.5–23 in.
- Medium Bench Height, 19.5–28 in. A foot ring is optional.
- High Bench Height, 23.5–35 in. A foot ring is required.
The Polyurethane ESD Chair comes in Medium Bench Height (20.25–28 in.) and High Bench Height (24.5–34.75 in.).
Seat, back and options
- Clean Room Ergonomic Industrial Chair and Polyurethane ESD Chair: a 16 in. wide, 17 in. deep seat and a 15.5 in. wide, 10.25 in. high back, on a 27 in. base. A Large Back version of the Clean Room Ergonomic Industrial Chair is also available.
- Cleanroom Ergonomic Industrial Chair with Handle: an 18 in. wide, 17 in. deep seat and a 16.5 in. wide, 12 in. high back, on a 27 in. base.
- Cleanroom Industrial Work Chair with Handle: an 18 in. wide, 17 in. deep seat and a 16.5 in. wide, 12 in. high back, on a 24 in. base.
- Optional seat tilt (8° forward, 3° back, locks in place) on the ergonomic chairs and the ESD chair; optional six-way arms on those chairs, or arms that adjust up and down on the Industrial Work Chair.
- Chrome-hooded, dual-wheel Self-Braking Casters, or non-marring glides, no wheels, for hard and carpeted floors. The ESD chair takes ESD casters or ESD glides.
- 300 lb capacity on every chair.

Can we send it back?
Yes. Get any chair or stool back to us within 30 days of delivery, and the return is on us. It needs to come back new and resellable, with all the parts and pieces in the original box.
