Purchase Orders Accepted
Order online and choose Purchase Order / Invoice at checkout, then reply to your order confirmation with your PO. We email an invoice, payable by ACH, check or card; first orders ship once it is paid, and net 30 terms are available to approved accounts. No account setup required to request pricing. -
Formal Quotes Within One Business Day
Send us your spec or your requisition, and we will return a written quote you can attach to a purchase order. -
Built to Your Spec
Seat material, color, casters or glides, foot ring, and height range are configured per order. Specialty colors are made to order. We confirm a delivery date on every quote. -
One Point of Contact
You deal with the same people from quote through delivery and through any warranty claim years later.

15-Year Warranty · Lifetime Cylinder Guarantee
Chairs and stools with a gas cylinder. Upholstered: 15 years against defects in materials and workmanship, 5 years on upholstery, and a replacement gas cylinder at no charge for the life of the chair. Polyurethane, wood or metal frame: 15 years against defects in materials and workmanship, and a replacement gas cylinder at no charge for the life of the chair. ESD: 15 years against defects in the frame and structure, 3 years on the seat and back including static-dissipative performance, and a replacement gas cylinder at no charge for the life of the chair. -
5-Year Warranty · Lifetime Cylinder Guarantee
Mesh chairs: 5 years against defects in materials, workmanship and upholstery, and a replacement gas cylinder at no charge for the life of the chair. -
15-Year Warranty
Retro exam stool: 15 years against defects in materials and workmanship, and 5 years on upholstery. -
3-Year Warranty
Metal stool: 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship. -
30-Day Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. If the fault is ours — a defect or an order error — we cover the return freight. See the returns policy.
Long coverage is the point. A chair replaced every four years costs a facility more than a chair that lasts fifteen, even at a higher purchase price.
