Every chair is built to your spec, and most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Buying for a facility works differently than buying for a home — here is how we handle it.

Formal Quotes Within One Business Day
Send us your spec or your requisition, and we will return a written quote you can attach to a purchase order. -
Built to Your Spec — Ships in 3–5 Business Days
Seat material, color, casters or glides, foot ring, and height range are configured per order. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Specialty colors are made to order and ship in approximately 5–7. We confirm a delivery date on every quote. -

You deal with the same people from quote through delivery and through any warranty claim years later.

15-Year Warranty
Workmanship and construction are covered for 15 years on every Perch chair and stool. -
Lifetime Cylinder Guarantee
The pneumatic cylinder is the working core of your seating. Replacement cylinders are provided free for as long as the original purchaser owns the chair. -
5-Year Upholstery Coverage
Vinyl and fabric are covered against manufacturing defects for 5 years. -
3-Year Coverage on Casters & Glides
Casters and glides are covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years. -
30-Day Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. If the fault is ours — a defect or an order error — we cover the return freight. See the returns policy.
Long coverage is the point. A chair replaced every four years costs a facility more than a chair that lasts fifteen, even at a higher purchase price. Our warranty terms are written to be the cheapest line on your total cost of ownership, not the shortest line in a catalog.
